At Lucky Dog Coffee, we are committed to providing the highest quality coffee and customer service. Please read our return and refund policy below:
Coffee Orders
Due to the nature of our products, coffee is not returnable unless the order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once they have been opened or consumed. However, if you receive a coffee product that is damaged or incorrect, we are happy to resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you believe your order is incorrect or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect or damaged items and issue a full refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.
To expedite the process, please include the following information when contacting us:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the incorrect or damaged item(s) (if applicable)
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds for subscription orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis and only issued if the order was incorrect or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item or have reviewed the issue with your order, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
