At Lucky Dog Coffee, we strive to get your coffee delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy for more details.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak times, such as holidays, processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer the following shipping options for both subscription and one-time orders:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days (delivery times may vary based on location)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $70 within Canada
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the items in your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to Canadian customers only.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been delivered to the provided shipping address, it is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if you experience any issues, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Subscription Shipping
For subscription orders, your coffee will be shipped according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment, and you can modify your shipping preferences anytime by logging into your account.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information.
